Our body needs to move, and a very easy way to do it is to do sports, itis a easy way to be active and healthy, and if we do sports we will lose kilos, that will save us from obesity problems.
We also need to help our body; our body does amazing things for us, so a way to keep it healthy is to eat fruits and vegetables that will keep us with energy. Our ideal weight, that is depending the size of a person and the age, of kids from 10-12 years the appropriately weight is 47-52 kilos.
